"When there's a problem, fix it." That was Kandyce's motto when she realized the lack of complexion and color cosmetic options for women of color. The term "nude" was always mind-boggling. Always contrasting the deep pigments of Kandyce's skin, nudes were never truly nude for Kandyce. This led her to found Aurelia Cosmetics, where she invented the "Nude Collection," nudes ranging from peachy tones to the deepest mahogany. At Aurelia, Kandyce has developed 21 shades of neutral nudes, popping pinks, ravishing reds, and plummy purples.
