Hey there! I’m Ramses Lonlack-Creary, a dedicated mom, civil engineer, and fitness enthusiast, fueled by my faith and passion for helping others. As a child of God, I’ve been blessed with the insight that my purpose is to support and empower mothers, fathers, and busy parents on their wellness journeys.
Originally from Cameroon, Africa, I embarked on an incredible journey at the age of 17 to pursue my dreams. Fast forward to today, and I'm a proud graduate of the University of Memphis, where I balanced the demands of being a student-athlete while earning my BS in Civil Engineering, and also getting master In Geotechnical Engineering at the University of Oklahoma.
Now, as a loving wife and mother of two beautiful girls, I understand the challenges of juggling a demanding full-time construction position that keeps me away from my family Monday through Saturday. Despite the hustle and bustle, I'm committed to prioritizing my health and well-being, and I'm here to help you do the same!
