Deck of Affirmation Cards
The intention for Affirmation cards is to use as a tool for programming or reprograming the subconscious mind, to develop a positive self image and belief system.
*Incorporating all learning styles: Visual, auditory, and kinesthetic. Developed for the young and the young at heart.
Instructions: Shuffle, Select and Speak. Shuffle the deck of cards. Select 3 cards from the deck. Speak the affirmations out loud 3x’s. Repeat through out the day. You can elect to continue with the 3 affirmations you selected for the week or choose to reshuffle and repeat daily.
